The Nultys - Elddis 60th Anniversary Competition Winners

Loving Life! - Our Elddis 60th Anniversary Competition Winners had a blast at the Elddis-sponsored Caravan and Motorhome Club’s ClubFest this May Bank Holiday Weekend.

The Nultys, Mum Rachel, Dad Lee and their two young boys George and Max – entered our Elddis 60th Anniversary prize draw and won a Family Pass for the much-anticipated 4-day event, packed with live music and fun activities for all the family.

The family, proud new owners of an Elddis Avante 868 (Supreme special edition) caravan arrived at ClubFest – this year at historic Weston Park in Shropshire – eager to embrace all that ClubFest had to offer. Posting on Instagram, @the_nultys said: “We won tickets for this weekend to spend 4 nights here with access to all the fun and activities!

“The pitches are so spacious! We’ve only been on a grass pitch once before and I think I’m converted! So much better for the boys playing outside!

“The festival is in full swing with sooo many stalls selling caravan gadgets, in our element!

“The boys have received their beach balls from @elddis__buccaneer_xplore too!

“Loving life!”

This was the family’s first ever festival – and they loved the family-friendly vibe, from beginning to end. On Saturday, Day 2, they posted: “We have had the most amazing day! The boys went on trampolines, bouncy castles, did crazy golf and watched a magic show!

“We finished the night watching @scoutingforgirls which was the best night ever!!
“The boys literally had the best time at their first ever live show!”

There was a huge variety of artists performing on the Elddis-sponsored main stage, including Scouting for Girls, The ELO Experience, Toploader and Jason Donovan.

Elddis also sponsored the ClubFest bar, with the most popular beers guest-branded for our 60th Anniversary!

ClubFest campers flocked to see the all-new 60th Anniversary Edition Elddis Crusader, Elddis Autoquest and best-selling Elddis Autoquest CV campervan.

And it wasn’t just great live music that the Nulty boys were introduced to at ClubFest. For intrepid George, adrenaline was pumping as he got to have a go on an offroad electric motorbike, thanks to @beginoffroad – a memory he’ll never forget!

It’s only a few months since the Nultys bought their brand-new 6-berth Elddis caravan – which they have called ‘Emily Elddis’ – at the Manchester Caravan and Motorhome Show, from Elddis Retailer Preston Caravans.

Bringing Emily Elddis home for the first time, following their Retailer handover, they posted: “In love with our new caravan, her first 3 outings are booked and we are so ready for our next adventures in our dream caravan!

“The boys are so excited for their bunks and in their words… ‘what the heck it’s amazing!’

The Nultys wasted no time in enjoying everything their new caravan enabled them to do as a family, with trips to Blackpool, Llangollen, Cheshire and the Forest of Dean bagged in the first few weeks. “Holiday mode activated!”

The Nultys love their ‘dream’ Elddis caravan. The 8ft-wide, twin axle 868 really work for families with young children, with the rear dedicated to fixed double bed and spacious bunk pods, its family-sized and capably equipped kitchen and bathroom, and roomy front lounge – which also converts to a huge double bed.

Mum Rachel posted: “I just love the fact we don’t need to make a bed up anymore at night!

“Since we bought our new caravan our trips have seemed so much more relaxing with less jobs to do!”

Other Instagram caravanners were quick to agree: “Looks like the perfect layout!” exclaimed one, with others agreeing: “I love the layout!”

It’s fair to say that ClubFest in Emily the Elddis was an absolute winner! By the end of their 4-Day adventure, the Nultys were buzzing… and already planning next year’s ClubFest. They posted: “The absolute best weekend ever!!

“We now have the festival bug! We can’t wait for next year!”
