The Caravan and Motorhome Club revealed the winners of its prestigious 31st Caravan Design Awards, live from the Motorhome and Caravan Show at the NEC, Birmingham.
With a mission to guide buyers toward smart, safe and stylish purchases, the awards spotlight the very best in leisure vehicle design and functionality.
Judging the Best: Innovation, Practicality & Design
A total of 50 entries were assessed across 12 categories, judged by an independent expert panel who dedicated 1,000+ hours to evaluation. The process combined desktop review of technical materials with in-person inspections at the NEC, ensuring a rigorous, real-world testing process.
Key criteria included:
• Comfort and layout
• Storage and usability
• Kitchen and washroom design
• Safety, electrics and security
• Build quality and warranty
WINNER: Any Fixed Single Beds Caravan with Three or Four Berths - Elddis Crusader Shamal
The Judges said:
"I'm really impressed with the front locker design, it is among the best on the market from a UK manufacturer. The up-and-over locker door makes accessing the locker much easier."
“A well laid-out large caravan, which is ideal for a large young family.”
“The 3' 8” x 6' 6” double and 6' x 2' 3" singles provide ample room for adults, teens or children.”
WINNER: Any Caravan with Five or Six Berths - Buccaneer Starliner Aruba
The Judges said:

“A stunning interior, well laid out and designed well.”
