Position : Aftermarket Parts Advisor   -   KHID-BT8GYW

Number Of Positions : 1

Main Purpose Of The Job : Working as part of a team to respond efficiently and effectively to requests for information relating to aftermarket parts enquiries 

Responsibilities :

  • Part identification
  • Sales and works order processing
  • Delivery error processing
  • Expediting urgent parts and providing delivery information
  • Ensuring all queries are followed up in a timely manner and that the retailer is kept informed throughout
  • Liaising both internally and externally with third parties to resolve retailer queries
  • Applying the company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner
  • Treating sensitive company information with absolute confidentiality
  • Applying General Data Protection Regulation rules
  • Handle basic technical enquiries
  • Attend industry shows and meetings including retailer visits
  • Treat sensitive company information with absolute confidentiality, apply General Data Protection Regulation rules Any duties detailed in the Customer Care Advisor, Warranty or Receptionist job descriptions as required
  • All other reasonable duties required to meet the ever-changing needs of the aftermarket
  • Involvement in 5S & Continuous Improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

  • Level 1 equivalent in English & Maths
    G.C.S.E. (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Skills & Experiences :

  • Must have the ability to read technical drawings

Normal Working Hours:

Days :

Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs Hours : 08:30 to 17:15
Fri 08:30 to 12:30 

The post holder would be required to work the hours necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.

Rate : Dependent upon skills and experience
