Position: Business Administrator 

Number of Positions: 1

Main Purpose of the Job: Provide administrative support to the team and line managers.

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and record keeping
  • General office administration.
  • Project work
  • Involvement in 5S & Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to H&S Policy
  • Adhere to Company Handbook
  • Adhere to Quality Policy
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Adhere to IT Policy
  • Involvement in training requests

Qualifications: 

  • You must have or be expected to obtain at least 5 GCSE'S (or equivalent) at C or above (English, Maths).
  • The successful candidate must also be reliable, hardworking, motivated and show a willingness to learn.

Normal Working Hours:

Mon, Tues, Wed & Thurs - 08:30 to 17:15 

Fri - 08:30 to 12:30 

The post holder would be required to work the hours necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role
