After collecting their Elddis Supreme 554 from Preston Caravans and Motorhomes on the 4th May Bonnie, Derek and Scout the Boxer Dog set off on their first trip away – heading up to the beautiful West Coast of Scotland.
First stop was Beeswing which is situated close to Dalbeattie. Beeswing and the surrounding area offered fantastic walks for Scout the Boxer Dog!
After a few days of exploring the local area and enjoying delicious homemade meals in the Caravan alongside great local beers Bonnie, Derek and Scout hitched up and headed to Culzean Castle Camping & Caravan Club site.
After a short journey they arrived and were welcomed with a beautiful view of the Isle of Arran from their new pitch.
Scout was able to enjoy beautiful seaside walks in Ayrshire whilst Bonnie and Derek soaked up the beautiful surroundings and wildlife.
Next point of call was Loch Lomand! Traveling closer to the highlands - once again they were greeted with stunning views.
Bonnie and Derek were discovering all that Scotland has to offer and they soon realised just how dog friendly it was! Scout was allowed in most pubs, shops, parks and nature reserves! Everyone was friendly towards her and offered her water – and we are sure she would have been offered a few treats too!
Travelling further up the West Coast up in to the Highlands, Bonnie and Derek have discovered that living in a small space for 4 weeks is more than possible! An Elddis Caravan gives you all of your cosy home comforts and more!
After a fantastic time away Bonnie, Derek and Scout have returned home… but not for long!
They will be back on the road from the 4th July - heading up to the North East of England!
