Main Purpose of the job

Administration duties maintaining our System software and its database.

Provide administrative support to the business.


Responsibilities :

Support and administration of inventory control activities.

Work within and provide cover for the team during periods of absence i.e. Training, Visits, Meetings, Projects


Answering general enquires.

General administration.

Adhere to Company Handbook

Adhere to Quality Policy

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures

Adhere to IT Policy

Participation in 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives

Any other reasonable duties as directed or required.


G.C.S.E. (or equivalent) in English, Maths and Business Administration

Business Improvement Techniques (Level 2) or equivalent

Knowledge and Experience:

IT experience

Experience of working in busy office environment desirable



Excellent Attention to detail

Good communication skills

Able to multi task

Responsive to changing processes

Computer literate

Good organisational skills

Personal drive & motivation

Ability to prioritise own work load

Team Player


Normal Hours of work: 

Days : Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs Hours : 08:00 to 17:00

Fri 08:00 13:00

The post holder would be required to work the hours necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.
