Position:

Human Resources Administrator

 

Main Purpose of the job

Provide administrative support to the HR team and line managers on personnel related issues.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Recruitment processes including advertising vacancies, organising and attending interviews and all appropriate paperwork.

Supporting Induction training and administration for new employees.

Maintenance of weekly paid employment records, database and training records

Maintianing accurate documentation and record keeping

Maintaining electronic Personnel files

Producing attendance figures for line managers and other KPI's

Reference requests

Training administration

General office administration.

Project work

Involvement in 5S & Continuous Improvement initiatives

Adhere to H&S Policy

Adhere to Company Handbook

Adhere to Quality Policy

Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures

Adhere to IT Policy

Involvement in training requests

Qualifications:           

You must have or be expected to obtain at least 5 GCSE'S (or equivalent) at C or above (English, Maths).

The successful candidate must also be reliable, hardworking, motivated and show a willingness to learn.

Knowledge and Experience:

Computer literate, most importantly an understanding that the roles requires absolute confidentiality

Normal Hours of work: 

Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.15pm

Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm

35 hours per week, the post holder would be required to work the hours necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role.
